Owner & Founder 

When I discovered Pilates, I fell in love with how it made me feel, and instantly knew Sullivan County needed something like this. What started as a passion project with the intention of giving back to the community, quickly became a community of its own. 

Studio Aligned was created to be more than just a place to work out, its a space where women can feel grounded, supported, capable, and truly connected to their bodies and to each other.  

It is such an honor to have all of you here and these amazing women by my side to continue building with.

Instructor

Mae is a certified Pilates instructor, personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and lifestyle coach who believes movement is more than exercise, its conversation with your body.

Her teaching is grounded in presence, connection and respect for the nervous system, meeting clients where they are rather than where they think they should be. 

Mae creates space where strength and softness coexist, guiding people to build sustainable, mindful lifestyles and deepen their connection to themselves.

Myra is a certified Pilates instructor with a heart for movement,  growth and connection. Always eager to learn, expand my knowledge and bring that energy into every class!

Myra is Grateful for the opportunity to guide you though every breath, every shake and every beautiful movement. Her goal is to help you feel strong, confident and empowered, not just in class, but in every day life.
